Well today, my article relates with our health especially they who live in the hot surrounding. No offense cause only &#8220;we&#8221; know what are the effect of heat in our health activities and conditions.</p>
<p>Hot and dry weather are normal phenomenon surround the tropical line and this is something that many do acknowledge. The affection of heat and dryness cause my people roll in for treatment and sometimes causing death to high risk group.</p>
<p>As educated people of the world we must know the  effect of this weather to human body and how to avoid getting caught up accordingly. Which most of us forget that hot weather do act as viral attraction from mid to high stroke which can cause death.</p>
<p><span id="more-92"></span></p>
<p>There are several occurrence due to this weather base on :-</p>
<ul>
<li>Cloths, physical activities, working environments and loads.</li>
<li>Age categories.</li>
<li>Individual fitness.</li>
</ul>
<p>Several effect relates with dry weather including :-</p>
<ul>
<li>Fatigue to the heat.</li>
<li>Blackout or unconscious.</li>
<li>Heat cramps.</li>
<li>Exhaustion.</li>
<li>Most likely &#8211; stroke.</li>
</ul>
<p>Symptom of illness regarding this heat effect :-</p>
<ul>
<li>Headache.</li>
<li>Exhaustion.</li>
<li>Lack of focus.</li>
<li>Dizziness.</li>
<li>Muscle weakens and seldom end up with cramps.</li>
<li>Dehydration and coma</li>
<li>Lastly death (if not being treated)</li>
</ul>
<p>High risk group and they who might be affected with the dry weather :-</p>
<ul>
<li>They who involves with physical activities (while having breathing and heart problems).</li>
<li>People with high blood pressure, hepatitis and any thyroid illness.<br />
note: the risk might get critical for they who use thick and tide cloths.</li>
</ul>
<p>Precautions treatment and what to avoid (<em>I&#8217;m giving out tips for this &#8211; please take note</em>):-</p>
<ul>
<li>Have<br />
- drink lots of water<br />
- wear light cloths<br />
- use head cover or umbrella outside the building</li>
<li>Avoid<br />
- drinks with caffeine, contains high sugar alcohol based<br />
- sitting inside locked car<br />
- doing routine under the heat weather</li>
</ul>
<p>What you must do or act in case of having the HEAT SYMPTOM :-</p>
<ul>
<li>Get out from the hot area.</li>
<li>Remove thick and tight cloth (if you ware any of it).</li>
<li>Place wet cold towel toward our body to cool down the heat.</li>
<li>Use fans (the faster way to reduce body heat).</li>
<li>Drinks water regularly for every 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Lastly, get some help and assist if worse case scenario.</li>
</ul>

This issue are hard for most of us out there (including me), where wisdom and smart judgment should be taken to ensure better result. Many of us are considering loan when said about house, cars or even marriage when it offer fast solution for urgent money and so on, but please be cautious cause while making such action we must calculate the consequences.</p>
<p>We have to identifies and remember the loan component before we can start calculating the risk management (please ask help from your financial analyst &#8211; if you have one). There are 3 components to remember &#8211; interest rate, package/type and term.</p>
<p><strong>INTEREST RATE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Interest rate are charge adhere for using the loaner money.</li>
<li>Its&#8217; calculation are base on percentage (%) on that per annul loan.</li>
<li>This interest rates are base on compound (calculation of principal and interest) such as per annual, monthly or daily.</li>
<li>Interest rate have 2 different categories (which many would know):-
<ul>
<li>Fix rate</li>
<li>Flexible rate</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>LOAN TYPE / PACKAGE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Without Mortgage (standard loan)<br />
Attain with high interest rate with the addition of a guarantor to secure the loan transaction on behalf of the loaner. This procedures applies with every financial institutions.</li>
<li>With Mortgage<br />
This loan type is assuring if you have any asset to mortgage in return of lower interest rate, and for sure (quick approval). Most general bank applies this concept or loan type in certain cases &#8211; such as business loan or high value / risk customer. Please remember this sound nice and good &#8211; but, never forget to emphasize the weakness of this loan type on behalf of the loan taker. We might lost the asset if you don&#8217;t pa back the loan.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>TERM</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Do you still want me to explain this</li>
</ul>
<p>When talking about loan we must put an effort to follow several principal action as a loaner. Do follow this rules and action strictly in order to attain the full potential of getting a loan. If we don&#8217;t meet any of this principals  &#8211; <strong>PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY LOAN!!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Principal 1</strong><br />
Loaning for what we really need &#8211; remember, NEED not desire. This can be put into something we dear so much,<br />
children education, car or housing loan.</p>
<p><strong>Principal 2</strong><br />
Loan an amount that we are capable to repay. Please put in mind &#8211; never calculate our repayment capacities base on<br />
current condition or something that unsure such as the possibilities of having firm financial in the future. Take action for<br />
the worse scenario then if the answer relates with the capabilities of being afford to pay back the debt &#8211; please<br />
consider the option.</p>
<p><strong>Principal 3</strong><br />
Avoid loaning for decreasing type asset such as car or furniture (except one that we use for our home). If in any case we cannot pay the loan, the balance after seize will be put into our account. You will never want to involve with this kind of experience. Things that we buy being seize and in addition ya&#8217; have to pay the rest of the loan. It sure suck for me .</p>
<p><strong>Principal 4</strong><br />
PLEASE AVOID BEING A GUARANTOR FOR ANYONE!!!!!!!! Nothing much to say about this one.</p>
<p>Lastly, this is my suggestion. If we have to take a loan in any mean, please make through calculation considerately on our current and future possibilities. Once we take the loan it will be our responsibility to fulfill the repayment task.Till then, Daaaaaaa</p>

<p>So, I&#8217;m going to share things that some might never know (If you already know this &#8211; lets refresh things).</p>
<p>SPEECH TEST<br />
Please keep track of your exercise routine &#8211; do slow down your tempo if in any case of heavy breathing. Keep the pace up if you can laugh or talk while doing the routine. This technique can be use as routine intensity measurement.</p>
<p>HEART PULSE<br />
These technique are use by professional in their daily routines. Which more accurate and need expert advices (we can also learn to use it &#8211; great technique to measure our fitness):-</p>
<ul>
<li>Count your heart bit = 220 &#8211; age x 60% heart bit</li>
<li>Maintain your heart bit on average = 90 &#8211; 135bpm (bit per minute)</li>
<li>To get your heart bit, set your thumb on the wrist and count the pulse</li>
<li>Take the pulse rate for 10 second multiply 6.</li>
<li>Get expert advice if:
<ul>
<li>Rest time heart bit equal or more than your target limit</li>
<li>You under go any drug treatment that lower your blood pressure (which effect your heart bit)</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>
<p>It&#8217;s important to know our body capacities and fitness rate before undergo any routine. This might seem nothing crucial but remember &#8211; a routine that exceed body capacity is hazardous!!</p>

Planning to make some move on doing more exercise force me to research the most suitable ways of doing things effectively in the same time &#8211; FUN, with no pressure on the body!!</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve done my part of gathering info in addition to fully utilize my exercise routine. There always guide toward better result in what ever we do. To exercise the bold and beautifully, I have to follow this guides:-</p>
<ol>
<li>Always get advise from professional before you made up any exercise routine.</li>
<li>Start your exercise routine step by step accordingly for several week:-
<ul>
<li>Work your routine with a set of working and rest (2-3 minute) for 15 minute.</li>
<li>Increase our routine time interval each week until it reach 30 minute per session.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Remember to start your routine with warm up to prevent any bad after effect pain.</li>
<li>It is crucial to end every single routine by doing some cool down movement such as stretching<br />
or walking to prevent dizziness or pain.</li>
<li>Please slow down the pace if you feel or having breathing difficulties.</li>
<li>Stop immediately if you feeling:-
<ul>
<li>Discomfort</li>
<li>Pain</li>
<li>Dizzy</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Use proper attire for secure and ease session.</li>
<li>It is crucial to choose suitable exercise environment:-
<ul>
<li>Flat and dry surface</li>
<li>Choose suitable weather before doing your routine.</li>
<li>Extra criteria (differ from people needs).</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Make sure you&#8217;re having proper hydration rate &#8211; always standby with lots of water.</li>
<li>Practice breathing technique in between routine sessions.</li>
<li>If you having diabetes illness, please remember to:-
<ul>
<li>Bring sweets all along. Take some of it if you feel dizzy to prevent the effect of Hypoglycemia form occurring.</li>
<li>Use footwear protection to prevent injuries.</li>
<li>Never do any exercise routine if you are stuff or empty.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>While for they who have high blood pressure issues:-
<ul>
<li>Stop instantly if feeling dizzy, chest pain and hard to breath.</li>
<li>Stop for awhile before continue &#8211; takes time</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Finally, they who have weight problems (Definitely me!!):-
<ul>
<li>Never try to make any hard or aggressive routine</li>
<li>Minimize your movement to prevent muscle damage.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ol>
<p>p/s: The most important thing for me to do &#8211; never overdone things. I want to be fits but in the same time afraid of the pain cause by injuries. One more things do what you body can restrain at the moment &#8211; don&#8217;t go overboard.</p>

<li>Throw out nonessential numbers &#8211; this includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them.. That is why we pay them.</li>
</ul>

<li>Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down (keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches!)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Keep learning &#8211; learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. &#8216;An idle mind is the devil&#8217;s workshop.&#8217; And the devil&#8217;s name is Alzheimer&#8217;s!</li>
<li>Enjoy the simple things</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with him or her!!</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>The tears happen &#8211; Endure, grieve and move on. The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. LIVE while you are alive.</li>
<li>Surround yourself with what you love &#8211; Whether it&#8217;s family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Cherish your health &#8211; if it good, preserve it &#8211; if it unstable, improve it &#8211; if it is beyond what you can improve, get help.</li>
<li>Don&#8217;t take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, event to foreign country, wherever but NOT to where the guilt is.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.</li>
</ul>

<p>Something relates with such question being answered within a seminar. A must read:</p>
<p><strong>DID I MARRIED THE RIGHT PERSON?</strong></p>
<p><strong><span id="more-50"></span></strong></p>
<p>During one of our seminars, a woman asked a common question. She said,&#8217;How<br />
do I know if I married the right person?&#8217;</p>
<p>I noticed that there was a large man sitting next to her so I said, &#8216;It depends. Is that your husband?&#8217; In all seriousness, she answered &#8216;How do you know?&#8217;</p>
<p>Let me answer this question because the chances are good that it&#8217;s weighing on your mind.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the answer.</p>
<p>EVERY relationship has a cycle. In the beginning, you fell in love with your spouse / partner . You anticipated their call, wanted their touch, and liked their idiosyncrasies (unconventional behavior/habit) .</p>
<p>Falling in love with your spouse wasn&#8217;t hard. In fact, it was a completely natural and spontaneous experience. You didn&#8217;t have to DO anything. That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s called &#8216;falling&#8217; in love&#8230; Because it&#8217;s happening TO YOU.</p>
<p>People in love sometimes say, &#8216;I was swept of my feet.&#8217; Think about the imagery of that __expression. It implies that you were just standing there; doing nothing, and then something came along and happened TO YOU.</p>
<p>Falling in love is easy. It&#8217;s a passive and spontaneous experience. But after a few years of marriage, the euphoria (excitement) of love fades..</p>
<p>It&#8217;s the natural cycle of EVERY relationship. Slowly but surely, phone calls become a bother (if they come at all), touch is not always welcome (when it happens), and your spouse&#8217;s idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute, drive you nuts.</p>
<p>The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship, but if you think about your marriage, you will notice a dramatic difference between the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or even angry subsequent stage.</p>
<p>At this point, you and/or your spouse might start asking, &#8216;Did I marry the right person?&#8217; And as you and your spouse reflect on the euphoria of the love you once had, you may begin to desire that experience with someone else. This is when marriages breakdown. People blame their spouse for their<br />
unhappiness and look outside their marriage for fulfillment.</p>
<p>Extramarital fulfillment comes in all shapes and sizes. Infidelity is the most obvious. But sometimes people turn to work, a hobby, a friendship, excessiv e TV, or abusive substances.<br />
But the answer to this dilemma does NOT lie outside your marriage. It lies within it. I&#8217;m not saying that you couldn&#8217;t fall in love with someone else.</p>
<p>You could.</p>
<p>And TEMPORARILY you&#8217;d feel better. But you&#8217;d be in the same situation a few years later. Because (listen carefully to this):</p>
<p><strong>THE KEY TO SUCCEEDING IN MARRIAGE IS NOT FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON; IT&#8217;S LEARNING TO LOVE THE PERSON YOU FOUND.</strong></p>
<p>SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. It&#8217;ll NEVER just happen to you. You can&#8217;t &#8216;find&#8217; LASTING love. You have to &#8216;make&#8217; it day in and day out. That&#8217;s why we have the __expression &#8216;the labor of love.&#8217; Because it takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it takes WISDOM. You have to know WHAT TO DO to make your marriage work.</p>
<p>Make no mistake about it. Love is NOT a mystery. There are specific things you can do (with or without your spouse) to succeed with your marriage. .</p>
<p>Just as there are physical laws of the universe (such as gravity), there are also laws for relationships. Just as the right diet and exercise program makes you physically stronger, certain habits in your relationship WILL make your marriage stronger. It&#8217;s a direct cause and effect. If you<br />
know and apply the laws, the results are predictable. .. you can &#8216;make love&#8217;.</p>
<p>Love in marriage is indeed a &#8216;decision&#8217;&#8230; Not just a feeling.</p>
<p>Remember this always:<br />
